Care And Returns

STERLING CARE INSTRUCTIONS

While I build my pieces to last, many of the materials are naturally sensitive to moisture and may tarnish when exposed to water, so please be gentle with your treasures!

Silver is a metal that oxidizes over time, especially if not properly taken care of.

To keep the finish as long as possible, you should try to avoid prolonged exposure to water, chemicals (some perfumes, detergents, lotions or house cleaning products contain harsh chemicals that can ruin your jewel).

The oxidation process, though, is natural on the long run: the jewelry grows and adapts to the wearer.

The metal tends to become darker and warmer in tone.
You can bring back the original shine by rubbing with a soft cloth and, on occurrence, by using a small amount of gentle soap.

WOOD PIECES CARE INSTRUCTIONS

As a natural, porous material, wood absorbs and releases moisture depending on the environmental conditions. This characteristic can cause it to warp or crack if not treated properly. While some varieties of wood exhibit greater resistance to damage, all wooden jewelry requires careful handling. It is important to keep wood jewelry away from water. Constant exposure to water can potentially warp the wood and cause cracks.

Below are a few tips specific to Wood Jewelry care:

  • If your jewelry gets dirty, wash it delicately with a soft cloth and a mild soap. Dry immediately after washing.
  • Always store your jewelry in an air-tight container to avoid any moisture and dust.
  • Avoid any contact with harmful acidic chemicals that could potentially damage/warp the wood.
  • If your wood jewelry dulls over time, you can use a small dab of beeswax to polish the ring.

REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@finearzt.com.
If your return is accepted, the customer is responsible for shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You can always contact us for any return question at info@finearzt.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom orders are not returnable.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

SIZING

Due to the handmade nature of my work, all ring sizes and chain lengths are definitive. So please read carefully the item’s description and measure your finger size before purchasing. If you’re unsure about your ring size, you can get it measured at a local jewelry shop.

All ring sizes specified in the listings are US ring sizes. Please check a conversion chart if you know your ring size in another country’s parameter, or get in touch with me at info@finearzt.com for help. All chain lengths are listed in inches.

Since I solder every jump ring, it makes it difficult to modify chain lengths easily. If you’d prefer a custom length chain, that can be arranged, for an additional cost.

I wouldn’t be creating the artwork that brings me so much joy without your support—and for that, I am forever grateful. Every piece I make is not just a reflection of my vision, but a shared journey with the people who believe in the power of handmade craft and storytelling. Your encouragement allows me to keep exploring, experimenting, and evolving as an artist. Thank you for being part of this creative path.
